18+ years of drooling fun.

If there ever was a good cat it was sydney. The jones family was lucky to have her around. Looking back at all the drooling and loose hair it all was so much fun. Its too bad that cat have such short lives. She was one of those cats that you dont mind when she walks on your head when your sleeping, Or jumps at your ankles in the morning. I happy knowing that she is not hurting, and it was her time. We will all miss her.

Some lyrics i enjoy.

I can't wait to rip it up !!!!!!

My friend Jose

SWEET NECTAR

Every morning for the last few years i have watched the day be born with a tall cup of happiness. The creamer mixes with the sweetness of cane to lift up from the bitter taste of darkness. The morning is the perfect time to plan the day, think about life and enjoy some time for yourself. So for many mornings to come i will enjoy the sweet nectar that is my coffee. CHEERS

INSIDE A POEM

It doesn't always have to rhyme, but there is the repeat of a beat, somewhere an inner chime that makes you want to tap your feet or swerve in a curve ; a tilt ,a leap , a lightning-split:--thunderstruck the consonants jut, while the vowels open wide as waves in the noon-blue sea .you hear with your heels, your eyes feel what they never touched before :fins on a bird, feathers on a deer ;taste all colors , inhale memory and tomorrow and always the NOW is today!!!!CHEERS

TWO NEW SHOES FROM DC. (GOT TO GET)

PUBLIC WARNING ABOUT MILOS BLOG

Dinner and a sunset!

Its been a good year for rain. :-)

Im a thinker ;-)

If we meet and say,"Hi"That's a salutation. If you ask me how i feel,That's consideration. If we stop and talk awhile,That's a conversation. If we understand each other,That's communication. If we argue, scream and fight,That's an altercation. If later we apologize,That's reconciliation. If we help each other home,That's cooperation. And all these ations added upMakes civilization. (And if I say this is a wonderful poem,Is that exaggeration???)

Changes

Last week I purchased a burger at Burger King for $1.58. The countergirl took my $2. I was digging for my change when I pulled 8 cents from my pocket and gave it to her. She stood there, holding the nickel and 3pennies, while looking at the screen on her register. I sensed her discomfort and tried to tell her to just give me two quarters, but she hailed the manager for help. While he tried to explain the transaction to her, she stood there and cried. Why do I tell you this? Because of the evolution in teaching math since the 1950s: Teaching Math In 1950 A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price. What is his profit?! Teaching Math In 1960 A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is 4/5 of the price, or $80. What is his profit? Teaching Math In 1970 A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80. Did he make a profit? Teaching Math In 1980 A logger sells a truckload of lumber for $100. His cost of production is $80 and his profit is $20. Your assignment: Underline the number 20. Teaching Math In 1990 A logger cuts down a beautiful forest because he is selfish and inconsiderate and cares nothing for the habitat of animals or the preservation of our woodlands. He does this so he can make a profit of $20. What do you think of this way of making a living? Topic for class participation after answering the question: How did the birds and squirrels feel as the logger cut down their homes? (There are no wrong answers.) Teaching Math In 2005 Un hachero vende una carretada de madera para $100. El costo de laproduccisn es $80 ...Adios compadre!

Thoughts on America

I love America more than any other country in the world, and, exactly for this reason, I insist on the right to criticize her perpetually.

THE EPIC THREE

Here is a few pics from my climb of the three tallest peaks in the wasatch front. All of which are over 11,000 feet. It took us a bit over 9 hours, and was about 8 miles. We are now trying to find record of anyone else who has climbed all three in one day. (so far we are the first) HIDDEN LAKE
